I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but priced well at less than US$80, suitable for a short stay. I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small for two people and quite warm, but they packed in so many great amenities like a fridge, coffee/tea facilities, toiletries, and even free drinks and snacks. The service was top-notch, with staff providing helpful upgrades and great local tips. The location was superb, right by the JR Station and close to all the attractions. While the dining options were not the most exciting, the hotel facilities were excellent.
